For twenty years Pamela has been an advocate for children working in the entertainment industry. Combining an undergraduate degree in education and a masters degree in directing Pamela has worked in film, television, and music ensuring the welfare and education of the professional child and maximizing ease and talent for directors and producers. Her film credits include: "The Sixth Sense", "Passenger 57", "Jersey Girl", "The Woodsman", "Shadowboxer", and "The Purple Crayon".

Pamela has also specialized in the music industry as a consultant, drama coach, and teacher to young African American hip-hop artists for Motown, Biv 10, Arista, Kedar Entertainment, and Camp Cool J.

Pamela has volunteered her time teaching behavior modification and stress reduction to prisoners in a New Jersey facility for men deemed unfit for maximum security prisons. She has been president of her local YWCA, helped found the Philadelphia chapter of the National Organization for Women, and was instrumental in establishing special education facilities at the Red Bird Mission in Appalachia's Pineville, KY and for military families at Fort Lee, VA. Last year she biked 90 miles in one day to raise money for special education.
